Many people report that they feel a little bit hungry before lunch and dinner, but not in any way ravenous. Some claim they experience no hunger at all throughout the program. There is little or no hunger on the program because the HCG is mobilizing fat efficiently, turning it into energy. This naturally decreases the appetite, so even though you are taking in fewer calories, your body is able to access energy stored in its fat cells. It usually takes a couple of days for people to notice an enormous decrease in appetite. Generally speaking most people on Cura Romana have masses of energy and feel terrific on the program. A very small number do report feeling hungry at times. This is often a sign of low blood sugar or a consequence of an overgrowth of fungus or yeast in the body, which usually clears.
